Providing a single place to bring together the online resources for:

• Increased and simplified access to home ownership opportunities

• Access to clear pathways for home and neighborhood renovation programs

• Increased opportunities for local contractors and locally employed workers

• Access to information and resources about City, County, State and Federal programs

CUED-UP is a collaborative effort between the City of Trenton and The Johnson Center for Learning and Impact to make key information and resources from all sources easily accessible.

CUED-UP creates a one-stop source of information, resources, and processes needed for potential homeowners to identify, purchase and renovate cityowned properties and become residents of those properties. Current homeowners and neighborhoods can identify opportunities that support renovation and neighborhood improvement.

Information and resources are provided for local contractors to participate in these renovation efforts.

CUED-UP will be introduced through neighborhood information sessions, training and ongoing support. Community feedback will be used to ensure the ongoing impact and growth of CUED-UP.
